2012 Gen Friends Events

Join Genealogy Friends at the following events at WO Haggard Library, 2501 Coit Rd., Plano, TX. Doors open at 10am.:

February 18th - Free Saturday Seminar. Meg Hacker from the National Archives in Ft. Worth will discuss the 1940 Census and research at the National Archives.

February 25th - Learn N. "Using the BLM Website" and "Land Records at Your Local Courthouse". Speaker Barbara Coakley.

March 17th - Free Saturday Seminar. "Digital Photography for Genealogists" speaker Tony Hanson.

August Learn N

On August 27th Gen Friends is hosting a LearnN. There will be two one hour seminars on Organization and Planning for a Research Trip.

Where? Haggard Library, 2501 Coit Rd, Plano, TX
When? 10:15-12:30

A $10 donation is appreciated. All the money raised will go towards purchasing materials for the Genealogy Section of the library.
